Are you in the equipment hire industry?

Are you complying with the PPSA? If so, do you know when to perform a PPS registration? Sounds simple but remember, it’s the PPSA, nothing is simple. Protect your equipment. Protect your debt. Get on board with PPSR Cloud.

If you’re hiring out equipment, make sure you register your PPSR registration within 20 business days of signing the deal, and within 15 business days of your customer taking possession of your equipment (as long as the equipment you supply isn’t Inventory), but if it is Inventory, then make sure you perform the registration before your customer takes possession of your equipment.

Get this wrong and you lose your PMSI and suffer the 6 month ‘green period’. Your gear is at risk. If you’re complying with the PPSA and don’t understand the previous paragraph, you should get in touch, we can put you in contact with one of our brokers that will explain it all. It’s far simpler than you think. Alternatively you can use our built-in wizards to help set up your PPS Policy and registration templates.

PPSR Cloud software is available to anyone and allows you to perform registrations, amendments, renewals and searches. It's simple, safe and accurate.
